Cartridge Precautions
1. Unopened ink cartridges
Brand new ink cartridges come in airtight packaging with a shelf life of 13 months. Cartridges need to be stored away from light and at room temperature.

2. Opened ink cartridges
Use at lease once a week, and print one or two patterns for test, which can keep the nozzle moist. Use test cardboard or use A4 paper to fold it to the size of a finger, flatten it without warping to avoid touching the ink cartridge nozzle. Put it into the machine to select the three primary color patterns for printing (APP Settings-Ink Cartridge Test-Print).

3. After the ink cartridge seal is teared off, do not use anything to seal the ink cartridgenozzle so to avoid clogging the ink cartridge.
3.1 Do not shake violently;
3.2 Cannot betransported once seal is teared off;
3.3 Do not touch the metal contacts and nozzles of the ink cartridge with your hands;
3.4 Do not face the air outlet directly to prevent the cartridge ink insidefrom being blown dry
3.5 Do not use any corrosive liquid (such as nail remover) to wipe the ink cartridge nozzle and contacts.

4. When the ink cartridge is found to be clogged, clean the nozzle of the ink cartridge with a dry paper towelas soon as possible. If it is left untreated for a long time, it will easily cause permanent blockage.
Severely blocked cleaning method:
Soak the nozzle in hot water for 30 seconds, then wipe it clean with a dry paper towel, then press the nozzle of the ink cartridge with a paper towel, and compare it before soaking to see if there is any improvement.
